Return window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving an item. Requests made after the 7-day window may not be eligible for review.
Eligible condition
Returned items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging where reasonably available. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery may be declined.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been visibly worn, customized, or damaged after delivery are generally not eligible for return. Hygiene-sensitive items, if added in the future, may also be excluded.
How to request a return
Customers should contact support@loomlane.store or use the contact page with their order details and reason for return. A response with next steps should be provided after review.
Refund timing
If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within a reasonable review period. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support promptly with clear details so the issue can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
